Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Avio Now In India For INR 3.71 Crore

Lamborghini Huracan Avio India

Only 250 units of the limited edition Huracan Avio are available for global markets, and car has been put up for sale in India with Lamborghini offering an exclusive 5-day window period for the buyers to book one. Revealed at the Geneva Motor Show this year, the Avio has been designed to celebrate the history of aeronautics and air combat engineering as claimed by the brand. And so, the 610-4 Avio will be made in five all new air-force inspired exterior colour graphics with contrasting stripes running all over the body. Other key changes in the styling includes the addition of side sills and front lip spoiler, otherwise the supercar is largely a regular Huracan LP610-4.

On the inside, the cabin of the Avio is specially-crafted with a dual theme of black leather and 'Alcantara' upholstery. The seats feature an exclusive L 63 embroidered logo and laser-engraved Alcantara signature, while the rest of the things are the one you see in the other Huracan models.

But there aren't any technical upgrades for this car. The Avio is powered by the same (as the regular Huracan) 5.2-liter longitudinal mid-mount naturally aspirated V10 engine that delivers up to 610 PS and 560 Nm of torque at peak demand. The engine is paired to a 7-speed Lamborghini Doppia Frizione (LDF) dual-clutch transmission, working in tandem with the electronically controlled all-wheel drive system with rear mechanical self-locking differential. The company claims that the car can hit a top speed of 325 kmph, with an impressive 0-100 km/h acceleration in a jaw-dropping 3.2 seconds and 0-200 km/h in just 9.9 seconds!

Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Avio is priced at INR 3.71 Crores (Ex-Showroom Price), with a 5-day window period for booking
Moving on, the carbon-fiber and aluminum chassis of the Huracan and the double wishbone suspension setup of the Huracan Spyder has been retained in the Avio models. There are carbon-ceramic brakes with fixed calipers, along with an integrated ABS and Traction Control in the Electronic Stability Control Programme. The car's passive safety includes a side protection system with front and rear specific collapsible areas. Airbag protection ensured for driver, passenger and side curtain, along with kneels airbags in select markets.
