The SV Autobiography model exhibits exquisite detailing in the exterior design, including the exceptional duo-tone body colour option - a blend of 'Santorini' Black upper body and nine colour choices for the lower body (the car at display had white colour), the unique 'Graphite Atlas' finish radiator grille along with chrome strips, new Range Rover bonnet lettering, and the SV Autobiography badging in the tail gate. The company says that these levels of detailing enhances the customer's experience of owning their flagship vehicle.

On the inside, this car come with aluminium-finish foot pedals, ignition button, driver's switchgear, and so on. There is also considerable detailing at both front and rear centre console, with the use of exceptional-quality materials and in pleasant texture. Moreover, the cabin features includes chiller compartment and powered deployable tables for rear seat passengers, coat hooks made of solid aluminium at side pillars, and opulent deep twist pile mohair carpet mats.

Moving inside the hood, the SV Autobiography edition is offered with two engine options - a 4.4-litre LR-SD V8 turbocharged diesel motor delivering 335 hp (250 kW) and 740 Nm of torque at peak demand, and a 5.0-litre V8 supercharged petrol churning out 543 hp (405 kW) and 680 Nm of maximum torque. Both engines come standard with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
JLR says that the suspensions have been re-calibrated for better performance and road dynamics. The company offers the SV Autobiography trim in both standard and LWB forms internationally, unlike India.
