The Spin MPV is already sold in select markets like Brazil and Indonesia. It is built on the GM's Gamma II platform and measures 4,360 mm long, 1,730 mm wide, and 1,680 mm high, with a wheelbase of 2,520 mm. It features 7-seat configuration, with the third rows foldable for luggage space.
On the face of it, the Spin looks bigger and bulbous. Chevy's dual-port signature grille and swept back headlights dominate the front fascia. The glasshouse is more prominent, while the roof rails give the car a smarter stance. The side body surface are almost plain and the rear hatch door is neatly executed with the bumper design.
The interiors of the Chevy MPV are utilitarian and comes with dual-tone colours. The three-spoke multi-functional steering wheel is similar to the one in the Sail range, while the ergonomics are basic.
Chevrolet, at the auto expo, also presented the sub-4 metre Beat-based compact sedan named "Essentia".
