Chevrolet, at the just happening Delhi Auto Expo, is also displaying few of their global products to woo the Indian audience. One among those displayed is the Colorado 'High Country' pick-up variant in fabulous bright orange-yellow paint-job with black graphics. This is the second-generation 'born as pick-up' model, based on which the Chevy Trailblazer that is currently available in India has been designed. The pick-up truck at the auto expo is merely an eye-candy model and GM has no plans to launch the model in India.

The Chevy Colorado is built on the GM’s body-on-frame global truck architecture with a wheelbase of 3,258 mm. This platform is also used by Isuzu D-Max V-Cross that is also on display at the 2016 auto expo. The pick-up measures 5,347 mm long, 1,882 mm wide, and 1,781 mm high. In fact, the latter 2.8-litre engine is available in the Indian-spec Trailblazer range.
